Welcome Reception

River House at Odette’s

Attire

Cocktail attire. Think long or short dresses for women. For men, slacks with a dress shirt are perfect. Jackets are welcome but completely optional.

For guests driving

Complimentary off-site parking will be available for guests attending the Welcome Reception. Guests may park in the designated River House lot and enjoy complimentary shuttle transportation to and from the venue. Guests staying at River House at Odette’s do not need to utilize the off-site lot.

Wedding Ceremony & Reception

Attire

Black tie attire. For the wedding day, we would love for guests to embrace a range of colors. For women, we suggest long dresses or gowns. For men, tuxedos are encouraged.
Our wedding ceremony will take place outdoors, weather permitting, so we recommend wearing or bringing a change of footwear that is comfortable on grass.

For guests in need of a tuxedo rental, our family can coordinate your tuxedo rental at a discounted rate of $249 including shoes. If you would like to be included, please send your measurements to Hannah as soon as possible. If you need your measurements taken, you can visit your local formal wear shop. Please reach out with any questions

For guests driving

Complimentary parking is available at Hotel du Village for wedding guests. Please plan to arrive approximately 15 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time to park and find your seat.

For guests utilizing transportation

Transportation will be available from our hotel blocks at River House at Odette’s, Logan Inn, and The Stockton Inn to Hotel du Village for the ceremony and reception.

Farewell Brunch

Garden party attire. Think summer dresses or skirts for women, and pants with a linen or dress shirt for men.

For guests driving

Complimentary parking is available at The Stockton Inn.

For guests utilizing transportation

If your travel plans allow, we’d love to see you for brunch on Sunday. Please note that transportation will not be provided for this event.
